Who can open a buyer account?
Registered businesses — retailers, e-commerce operators, distributors, and beauty brands — based outside Korea. Apply through 'Apply for Buyer Account' and we'll verify your business before approval.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimums vary by product. They're shown on each product page once your buyer account is approved. Typical first orders start at one carton per SKU.
Where do you ship?
We ship internationally via air and sea freight, with customs documentation handled on our side. Available routes and lead times are confirmed at quote stage.
What payment methods and terms are supported?
International wire transfer (T/T) for first orders. Letter of credit and net terms are available for established buyers on case-by-case review.
Are products authentic and properly documented?
Every product is sourced directly through authorized channels. We provide manufacturer-issued certificates of origin, ingredient lists, and export documentation with each shipment.
