By accessing the website, submitting a Contact form, or applying for a buyer account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the services.

Cosmedi Global is a business-to-business platform intended solely for use by businesses, including clinics, distributors, and authorized resellers.

• You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have authority to bind the entity you represent.
• You must use the services exclusively for legitimate business purposes connected to the sourcing of aesthetic and medical products.
• You may not access the services on behalf of a competitor for the purpose of monitoring availability, pricing, or features.

Access to certain features, including order-sheet creation and quotation follow-up, requires a verified buyer account. We may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate buyer accounts at our discretion based on the information you provide and on the legitimate business needs of Cosmedi Global.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any sign-in credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to misuse the services. The following activities are prohibited:

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or buyer-account application.
• Attempting to access accounts, data, or systems for which you are not authorized.
• Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the services without prior written consent.
• Using the services to send unsolicited commercial messages or to harvest contact details.
• Interfering with the proper operation of the services, including by automated means or denial-of-service techniques.

Buyer-account holders may create order sheets and request quotation follow-up through the platform. An order sheet is a request for information and does not constitute an order or a binding agreement. Cosmedi Global will respond with availability, pricing, and applicable terms in a subsequent communication.

Product availability, lead times, and pricing may vary by destination market, regulatory environment, and supplier conditions, and are subject to change without notice.

Cosmedi Global and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the services, including all content, software, trademarks, and other intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to our intellectual property other than the limited right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. Cosmedi Global disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Information published on the website is for general informational purposes and does not constitute medical, regulatory, or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cosmedi Global will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising out of or relating to your use of the services. Specific liability caps will be confirmed following legal counsel review.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved exclusively before the Seoul Central District Court, unless a different forum is required by mandatory local law.
